We read every message ourselves and aim to respond within two business days.

When you write, it helps to include

• The email address you used at checkout
• The product you purchased (e.g., The Dental Manager Operating Rhythm System)
• What happened (or what didn't)

Common questions

My download links aren't working.

Download links stay active for 30 days after purchase. If a link fails, shows an error, or has expired, email us from your purchase address and we'll restore your access or send the files directly.

I didn't receive my download email.

Check spam/junk and promotions folders first. Your files are also available immediately on the confirmation page right after checkout. If neither works, email us and we'll resend.

I bought the wrong product or something unexpected happened with my payment.

Beta access.

The Dental Manager Sidekick software beta is free and applications are reviewed personally, in small waves. Applying doesn't guarantee a spot; customers get priority review. Questions about the beta are welcome at the same address.
